Next weekend is the first ever "All Folk'd Festival" in Montmartre..Tonnes of entertainment and great food..and speaking of food...my favorite vendor will be there offering slow cooked natural smoked meats and meals..and even if you can't take in that festival you can still pop on by for lunch or supper...(No festival ticket is required to eat ...)Here's a little more info...

I am putting down my camera that day because I will be working as a waitress with this vendor over the weekend...(I sure hope I have improved over the years because my first job as a waitress back in the day only lasted a month :)

On Sat I spent the day with Jerrod and Lindy...a.k.a.....Mr.&Mrs. Schaeffer. I have met this couple once before when they came for an engagement session. Although this was only the second time I spent time with these two..I felt like I had known them for a long time..I enjoyed being a part of their special day and have quite a few favorite pics to post..Here's a few for now..

Jerrod is a John Deere Man :) so we spent quite a bit of time around his combine...Check out the reflection!

I just finished some commercial work for the gals at www.dflydesigns.ca . They are heading to the PGA Expo in Vegas and needed some new photos of their belts...The next best thing to going to Vegas is taking photos that will be in Vegas ?? :)

I headed over to the neighbors today to photograph Drew's grad...My husband has been a long time family friend of Drew's parents and he remembers playing SEGA...not Wii...not Xbox..not Sony Playstation...but Sega with Drew...Can u even buy Sega games anymore? Time sure flies...I can't believe so many years have passed...I guess that makes us real old! Here's a sneak peek of some shots that we got between the downpours...Yes..it was raining again today....imagine that :)

I had the pleasure of photographing Emma on Friday morning..She was an absolute doll...I just luv these sessions with the pettiskirts...the weather outside didn't exactly cooperate so we decided to stay inside the studio...

Two gals at www.dflydesigns.ca gave me this Eiffel Tower screen so I decided to try it out as a backdrop...It sure is fitting for the "Paris of the Prairies" theme:)

On Sat I had a van full of gals from Melville come for my girls fashion shoot..It was soo much fun to play dress up with these little gals...and they call this work? lol....
